Prices quoted are per apartment per week and include all sales taxes. We accept payment in either £ sterling or US$. We also accept Pay Pal although this will incur a small charge of 3% of the total value. **Please check with us for actual rates in Euros and US Dollars as these are correct at time of update only.

*Minimum stay is 3 nights. All holidays will incur a cleaning fee of $65.00+ tax payable locally at Bahama Bay or a payment of £40.00 with final balance payment.

A £100.00 deposit is required for each booking. £200.00 for stays over 17 nights. Deposit refundable if booking is cancelled 10 weeks or more from departure. Full settlement of monies required 6 weeks (8 weeks if paid in US Dollars) from departure date. Integra Resort Management are on site which allows easy pick up of key cards and any advice about Florida.
